Finding center. Returning to self. Whatever brought you here — we meet you there.
Who We Are
CoreVida Mental Health is a collaborative, integrative practice dedicated to whole-person healing. We bring together evidence-based psychiatry, trauma-informed therapy, and body-centered wellness — delivered with the rigor of clinical medicine and the warmth of human connection.
We specialize in serving those who have spent their lives showing up for others: first responders, veterans, entrepreneurs, and individuals navigating complex trauma. We understand what it means to carry invisible weight — and we know the way back to yourself.
Our Approach
Healing isn't linear — and it isn't one-size-fits-all. CoreVida integrates the precision of clinical medicine with the depth of somatic and relational healing. We don't just treat symptoms. We help you understand your nervous system, rebuild your sense of safety, and find your way back to a life that feels like yours.
Psychiatric medication management and ketamine-assisted therapy delivered by a clinician with decades of critical care, emergency, and military medicine experience.
Trauma lives in the body. Our somatic services and EMDR therapy work with your nervous system — not just your thoughts — to support deep, lasting healing.
You are the expert on your own life. Our coaching and counseling services are collaborative, client-centered, and built around your goals — not a checklist.
What We Offer
CoreVida provides mental health services across multiple modalities — from psychiatric medicine to somatic wellness — all under one roof, all in partnership with you.
Thoughtful, precise psychiatric medication evaluation and management. Grounded in clinical excellence and attentive to your whole picture — not just a diagnosis.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy offers a new pathway for treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and complex trauma — administered safely and with therapeutic support throughout.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for trauma. Our clinician is specifically trained in complex trauma presentations.
Non-invasive, body-based practices supporting nervous system regulation, interoceptive awareness, stress reduction, and the connection between physical sensation and emotional experience.
Somatic services are supportive and educational in nature. They do not constitute diagnosis or treatment of medical or psychiatric conditions.
A collaborative, client-centered process supporting self-directed health and wellness goals — including education, accountability, lifestyle strategies, and stress management.
Health care coaching is not the practice of medicine or licensed mental health services and does not include clinical decision-making.
Individual counseling rooted in trauma-informed, holistic frameworks. We integrate evidence-based modalities with a deep respect for your story, your pace, and your resilience.
Who We Serve
CoreVida was built with specific populations in mind — people whose work and lived experience often make traditional mental health care feel inadequate or inaccessible.
Firefighters, paramedics, law enforcement, and dispatch — we understand occupational trauma, hypervigilance, and the culture that makes asking for help hard.
We understand the transition, the invisible wounds, and what it means to carry a mission identity beyond service. You are more than your deployments.
The weight of building something from nothing is real. Isolation, identity fusion, burnout, and high-functioning anxiety deserve more than generic advice.
Developmental trauma, relational wounds, chronic stress, and adverse childhood experiences — we provide specialized, trauma-informed care for layered healing.
The Care Team
APRN · PMHNP-BC
Eric brings a rare convergence of clinical depth and lived experience to mental health care. A former officer in the United States Air Force with multiple combat deployments, Eric has spent decades working as a paramedic and critical care nurse across emergency departments, ICUs, and flight medicine. He is trained in EMDR with a specialization in complex trauma and provides psychiatric medication management and ketamine-assisted therapy.
Eric's approach is direct, evidence-based, and deeply human. He has been in the rooms where people don't come back — and he built this practice so more of them do.
